First of all, please note the “Service Tag” (serial number) and especially the “Express Service Code” (10 to 12 digits)

Call 0825 004 686, give the appropriate answers with the telephone keypad, and then you will be asked to type the “Express Service Code” with the telephone keypad.

Note: the owner of the equipment is the CNRS (or the AMU University or the IRD depending on the origin of the budget line)

Explain your problem to the technician, in any case open a ticket if you need to perform operations that you are not able to do, and open a ticket to SIP.
