SIGED allows you to create requests to the administration department such as purchase orders or mission orders.

Validator

Managing a request

Once you are logged in, go to the “Your pending applications” category. You will find all the applications concerning you listed there.

You can view them by clicking on them.

You can request a modification, refuse or validate the request.

Managers

Create, edit or delete a category

Once logged in go to “Administration”>”Lists”>”Categories” and do “Add an entry”, modify or delete

Never delete the “Orders” and “Task Orders” categories

Create, modify or delete budget data

Once connected, go to “Administration”>”Lists”>”Subcategories” and do “Add an entry”, modify or delete. When adding an entry, you must specify the parent category of the budget data. You must therefore create the sub-categories twice. Once for orders and once for mission orders.

Managing a request

Once logged in, go to “All validated requests” and click on the request you want to process. You can change any information you wish.

Observers are, by default, the validators of the application.

If you want to communicate with an applicant, simply add a comment in the resolution and then click on “send a mail” at the bottom.
