How to design the survey?

- it is necessary to know what questions will be asked?
- What will be the sequence, the order of the questions?
- what answers are to be provided and in what form (free text, radio button to tick, drop-down list etc.)
- etc.
Some features
- The survey appears on a web page
- you can select the list of people who will have to answer, they are informed by email with a link to go to
- we check who has answered or not, and we can make reminders
- responses can be retrieved and processed in Excel files and response graphs produced
